About Southeast Kansas Recycling

Southeast Kansas Recycling, Inc. (SEKR) is a Pittsburg area non-profit serving local Kansas and Missouri counties. SEKR processes upwards of 1,000 tons of material annually, with over 600 vehicles delivering recyclables to the Recycling Center for processing every week.

SEKR, in cooperation with Crawford County and the city of Pittsburg, operates a regional Household Hazardous Waste Facility, a pay-as-you-throw operation, E-waste program, large item drop-off, and operates a "New to You" re-use shop.

All of these activities and our continued existence has been made possible by County, City and community support. A big THANK YOU to all.
